This is a story of Ichcha, born in the slums of a city but one who desires much more than what her destiny has in store for her. In the hope of giving her a better life, Ichcha’s mother joins a rich household as a maid.
However things change when Mahindra, suitor of Tapasya, falls in love with good natured Ichcha. Can she dare to expect him to stand up for her & their love? Or can the poor never be allowed to be happy?

its a nice soap,i never miss a single episode. but now its becoming boring,when will ichcha wake up? she's being trapped in conspiracy always,its nt good.she should revive in her form and say the truth,she shouldnt forgive tapasya and tell truth 2 everyone.atleast ichcha should get 'something'.
its my favorite serial..but now its becoming boring..coz how long tappu can fool everyone??its rly unbelievable..also i dnt like ichcha with vanj..its not fair na??i like 2 see ichcha wit veer..dey r amazing couple..hmmm...

Its getting bored now why always Tapasya is the winner? that means wrong always wins? tat should not be the case. ichcha should open her mouth and should not any more listen to anything from tappu. Or else it looks like all the characters in the serial are Katputlis of tappu
Its was a good serial... but now a days its really boring... they are just pulling the story on and on. Always tappu cheats icha... Icha should be veer only... veer cannot suffer for more days with tappu.
Uttaran is really good serial, i never miss a single part but its getting bored these days. Mithi should know how her mom is. Why does Damini and her family always live like nokar? Damini and Ichcha should lead the house
